The ‘Artless Splinter’ is a visual metaphor to illustrate human nature ,through corruption. A concept that can be interpreted by the viewer, it illuminates an individual relationship with domestic violence. Expressing specifically the comfort and safety that personal space provides, to temporarily hold back the fear of receiving malice; psychologically, emotionally and physically throughout childhood and adolescence.
