Where is the line between uncomfortable and unable to cope for those with a mental illness?

Freya Moss, 16

I believe that an anxiety condition or paranoia cannot ever be beaten by one person, and it will never completely go away. It’s a constant battle but every small achievement is always a step forward. It takes lots of small steps to improve, and it’s a matter of learning to cope with having a mental illness rather than getting rid of it. The moral values questioned here are that sometimes being thrown somewhere completely out of your depth can be good for you, especially if you suffer with anxiety, but it could so easily go wrong, where is the line between uncomfortable and unable to cope?
