What would I do if I had more?

Sarah Willis, 32

I wrote this poem whilst thinking about the lessons that we learn throughout our lives and the time that it takes to encounter those moments of truth and wisdom; the moments that shape us into who we are, that mould our minds and consolidate our values. We stand before nature, which can appear timeless to us, as it counts the centuries passing by; centuries that I know I will not see. I think about all of the lessons that I might miss and all of the mysteries that will remain unrevealed to me. So I ask myself; what are my priorities now? What would I do if I had more time?
