What does it mean to be in a blur?

Laura Bowler, 20

To be in a blur means a lot of different things. Maybe it’s just a phrase I use to calm myself, and help myself through, but, to me, it’s being stuck in a world that’s constantly changing, while I sit alone and try do the same. Being in my blur, it feels like my own little world stands still, waiting for me to catch up. We’re told we should know where we’re going in our life, get from point A to point B with no problems. I, however, can’t do that. I have no idea what’s going on in all honesty, and I’m not afraid of saying it. I have now learned to enjoy watching the blur of the world. My images are to represent the blurs I see everyday, the ones I love, as well as the constants that never change.
