In today’s world the internet serves a big part of our lives, phones and computers means that we rarely have time when we are outside the cycle of constant rewards from social media, through likes, hearts, comments and more. In this piece, I tried to capture a primal atmosphere and portray the level of focus one of our ancestors would require in order to hunt, track or fight. Thinking about our ancestors and how they lived allows us to bring back our focus and perspective. This also suggests that sometimes “tuning off” can be a beneficial exercise in clearing our head and helping us think.
