Is there such a thing as a guilt-free feminist?

Beth Lamarra, 23

Writing for me is like that intimate moment in front of the mirror where I can be honest about what I see, what I think and what I feel. I am frustrated and confused by the simplification of feminism to mean nothing more than equality for men and women. Dancing has rules, like the laws we want set out in stone to guarantee us our equal rights but what good are rules and laws if no one is willing to enforce them? The anxiety and guilt of claiming that power outweighing the benefits of the power itself. I don’t understand what it means to be a feminist because the only kind I know is guilty feminism.
