Through visiting bodies of water, the collection of Atlantic salt water, the growth of salt crystals and the manipulation of traditional photographic and printmaking techniques; this work explores the cyclical tides of the female reproductive body in relation to the elemental bodies of water in the natural landscape.

This project meditates on our amniotic origins. Through creating pseudo-scientific rituals, experimenting with light-sensitive material, forming systems, whilst deploying chance as a medium of discovery, my work traces the symbolic and chaotic nature of water and its infiltration of all forms of life, the ocean, the human body and the land.
