Scroll

Inspired by the strong smells of my mothers and grandmother’s cooking, I release several different odours into a bespoke environment like some form of abstract cookery. Though related specifically to my own past, I am interested in the transnational experience of people living far from where they grew up, and the power of certain senses to connect us to distant places.

Within my practice I am interested in exploiting the metaphorical potential of the materials and employing a diverse range of social and cultural references.
