For me, a glitch is a miscommunication of data and information, often creating a colourful and hectic visual output. With an interest in the relationship between the physicality of a digital glitch and the faults of the human brain, resulting in the likes of anxiety and depression, artworks are created to express these overwhelming emotions. A glitch seems like the perfect metaphor for such an imperfect overload of information and thoughts within the brain. The over-use of colour and the distinct display of data expresses the chaos of the human mind.
