How should we live, die, and hope if human exceptionalism and reason becomes unreasonable?

How should we live, die, and hope if human exceptionalism and reason becomes unreasonable?

Jack Buchanan, 25 | Paulina Zurawska, 28

A Quiet Conclusion suggests how to live, how to die, and how to hope in times of earthly despair. It is not telling another story about a human hero who saves the world. Rather, it focuses on what has been treated as an unimportant prop – the assemblage of beings and things that make up the Earth. If we are to fight anthropocentricity and global climate change we must think, in this instance through film, of what Donna Haraway calls our ‘response-ability.’
