How can you return from your own forest of Depression?

Caitlin Ogilvie, 20

This peace shows how everyone has their own forest of Depression. No matter how thick or how dark or isolated. It illustrates how depression can be explained for those who don’t understand. It’s a struggle of finding yourself from your forest, and you need to work hard to find yourself again. You need to walk through it and want to be free. It can also show that depression is an illusionist, the trees and darkness show how depression casts the illusion of being alone with your problems, wrapping themselves around you, suffocating you, looming over you. When really, push through those trees and its illusion and you’re not alone. It’s about inner struggle and how it tricks us.
