Assemblage is a series of drawings responding to the human condition. A use of somewhat disparate processes and subject matter leads the viewer towards a conclusive reading of the work. Guilt is evoked in the viewer at times, in their realisation that their reading of the work is rooted in connotations they have with the subject matter, rather than what the artist has actually presented them within the image.
