My practice is centralised around the construction of an image through collage. I find that collage embraces chaos and allows fragmented piece to come together in new ways. Often these collages are peculiar and humorous. They are my way of making sense of reality, and our complex relationship with the constant number of mass media images that are out there. The juxtapositions I create in collage often translate into my paintings, which are full patterns and textures and equally odd.
