Sleep. Our most intimate state. Whilst asleep we are at our most vulnerable, open to the whole of the world. The world attacks us, silently but hard. For society cannot see, the pain and anguish which one battles with themselves and the physical world. Mental health is important, be kind always and look after the space we and others fill.
