Ben's Photography Project

Ben McMillan

These photographs provide an insight on a form on geometry that is observed in everyday life that most people don't notice. My photographs motivate me to achieve more and to continue improving my photography skills as it demonstrates my view on the world around me. These photographs convey a peculiar outlook on something as simple as stairs, they are commonly seen as being simple and insignificant, just to get a person from point A to point B. Whereas I view these as an opportunity to show that they are so much more than just a simplistic set of stairs. With ideas and views like this, it encourages me as a photography to explore and seek out well designed interiors and aesthetically pleasing buildings. Photography is far more than just capturing a moment, it's all about sharing your perspective on everything and anything which interests you as a human being.
